Creating Your Hoop Dance Practice – Berkeley, CA

Experience your body in a whole new way with Hoop Dance! Join Anah for a beginning level hooping workshop designed to support you in developing your practice. Hooping is invigorating, sweat inducing and fun. In this 1 ½ hour workshop we’ll share our 15 minute hoop practice that’ll provide you with an easy way to begin your hooping journey. With this practice you’ll stretch, warm up, build your hoop dance foundation and practice inspiring hoop moves!

Designed for Beginners

Hoops will be available for use and sale at class. Please wear comfortable, non-slippery clothing.

What is hoop dance?

Hoop dance, or hooping, is a form of movement, utilizing an adult sized hoop, which brings about holistic wellbeing, positively impacting the mind, body, heart and spirit.
