Return Policy

We hope you fall in love with your purchase the moment you receive it! However, you are welcome to return or exchange your purchase following these guidelines:

Please contact us with the reason for your return. We will issue an RMA number that you will include on your return. Returned packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please read the return/exchange guidelines below before contacting us.

 

Damaged/Defective Product:

 

If your order arrives to you damaged from transit or defective, you may return/exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange to have your return shipped back to us at no charge to you if necessary. We will then issue a credit to your credit card, or send out your exchange upon receipt of your return with no additional shipping fees.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

 

For Workshops: We do not offer refunds on workshop tickets unless under extreme circumstances (death in the family, serious illness, etc). It takes a substantial financial investment on our part to offer workshops in your town. In order to make these out of town workshops possible, we must meet a minimum number of registered participants. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you are encouraged to re-sell it on the Facebook event page corresponding with your workshop. If you are unable to re-sell your ticket, you will get a credit for an equivalent workshop of your choice.

 

For Hoops: If for any reason other than damage or defect you do not wish to keep the hoop you ordered, or desire a different size or color- you may return your unused, undamaged hoop within 15 days of receipt of your order for credit or exchange. We will NOT accept used hoops for return or exchange. We will issue a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase less the original shipping cost, or send out your exchange upon receipt of your return. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, shipping damage or loss associated with the return/exchange. We recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for this reason. Hoops require specific packaging for shipment - please contact us for instructions to insure your hoop returns to us undamaged.

 

For Clothing: If for any reason other than damage or defect you do not wish to keep the product you ordered, or require a different size or color- you may return your unworn, undamaged purchase with the original tags attached within 15 days of receipt of your order for credit or exchange. We will NOT accept used goods for return or exchange. We will issue a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase less the original shipping cost, or send out your exchange upon receipt of your return. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, shipping damage or loss associated with the return/exchange. We recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for this reason.

 

For DVDs: A DVD may only be returned or exchanged if it arrives to you damaged or defective. Please see Damaged/Defective Product section above.
